The focus of the program is on experienced paper general contractors that subcontract 85% or more of their work.

Submission Requirements:

  • Acord 125, 126 & 131 Applications
  • SGC Program Application
  • 5 Years Currently Valued Loss Runs
  • 2 Recently Executed Subcontractor Agreements
  • 2 Acceptable Subcontractor COIs
  • Detailed Work on Hand

Premium Requirements:

  • $30K MP—NYC 5 Boroughs
  • $17.5K MP—NY State Excluding NYC 5 Boroughs
  • $7.5K MP—Outside NY State
