For the past seven years, Insurance Business America has celebrated the best and brightest early career insurance professionals with this prestigious recognition. Award winners—all 35- years old and younger—represent the next generation of insurance leaders. Nominees were reviewed and then selected for the award by an independent advisory panel and will be featured in the October Insurance Business America online publication. 

Carrie exemplifies the Rising Star Award, demonstrating a true passion and dedication to the insurance industry. Her drive, optimism, enthusiasm, and tenacity has catapulted her career at Jencap, earning her respect and appreciation from both colleagues and agents. As the southeast territory manager for Jencap’s workers’ compensation division, Carrie has contributed greatly to developing our largest workers’ compensation territory.
