WTIS and Landmark E&S Rebrand to Jencap Specialty Insurance Services Inc.

øSAN FRANCISCO, CA. (December 6, 2021) – Wholesale Trading Insurance Services LLC (WTIS), a national wholesale brokerage firm, and Landmark E&S Insurance Brokers, LLC (Landmark), a company acquired by WTIS in 2020, both rebranded to Jencap Specialty Insurance Services Inc., a division of Jencap Group LLC (Jencap), effective December 1, 2021. 

“We have made significant progress in 2021 bringing together a number of our independent wholesale entities under the Jencap brand.  These rebranding efforts have yielded significant growth opportunities, new strategic partnerships, a broader geographical footprint, and improved brand recognition in the marketplace.  Bringing the breadth of wholesale brokerage expertise of WTIS and the specialized environmental brokerage solutions of Landmark under the Jencap brand further solidifies the power of our platform,” states John F. Jennings, Chief Executive Officer of Jencap. 

Kris Bauer, former President of WTIS, has been named President of the Western Region of Jencap Specialty Insurance Services. Bauer explains, “WTIS and Landmark have such strong and specialized niches and bring unparalleled value to our agency partners.  Aligning our brands with Jencap will amplify our team’s specialization and broaden our geographical reach in new and exciting ways.”
