Jencap Announces Addition of Mike Gallagher to Its National Property & Casualty Team

New York, NY (September 9, 2025) – Jencap Group LLC (Jencap), one of the nation’s largest wholesalers, is pleased to announce that Mike Gallagher, formerly of RPS, has joined Jencap’s Property & Casualty (P&C) small business team as an Executive Vice President. Gallagher will be based in the Atlanta, GA office.

“Mike’s deep expertise will be a great value add to Jencap’s national P&C team,” stated Mark Maher, President of Jencap. “We are excited for the fresh perspective and innovative ideas Mike will bring as we continue to evolve and strengthen our platform.”

Mike will integrate the P&C binding teams across the country, driving alignment and growth within Jencap’s small business division. Mike brings over 12 years of wholesale experience to this position. During his tenure at RPS, he held a variety of underwriting and leadership roles, successfully building and scaling high-performing teams, streamlining operational workflows, and guiding teams toward profitable growth.
